The U23s this season will be playing in the Essex Olympian League Division Three. The team was set up as a gateway for youth players from our U18s to get ready for the Senior team and this is already starting to bare fruit. The team is managed by Darren Gosnell, who works closely with the First Team so as to get his players ready for the Senior football. Darren will be managing the club’s FA Youth Cup team this season, and will be looking to build on his achievements last season with the U23s who were runners-up in the Reserve Division Cup.

Darren is an FA qualified coach and also holds his level one in disability football.

I joined BHFC as my son was playing under Darren Gosnell at Ilford FC and became friends with Darren.
Matt then moved with Darren to BHFC and Darren asked with my experience to become Asst Manager and the rest is History, I love the game and enjoy coaching the lads and seeing them progress in their Football careers.
