Mark Williams retains 14 members of the squad that were part of the side that earned promotion to Step 4 for the first time in the clubs history back in May.
Goalkeeper Christian North is the first to put pen to paper after the keeper earned his second promotion out of the Essex Senior League last season. 6 defenders have all committed their futures to the club for the upcoming season with the experienced Harvey Brown & Evernage Nyahunda sticking around alongside George Edwards, Liam Foster, Joseph Vanderpuije and last seasons signing of the season, Ollie Fernandez, who has now signed a permanent deal with the club from Waltham Abbey.
Club captain Ollie Williams is another player that will be at Roding Lane for another season, with the captain being one of 4 midfielders that will be a Buckhurst Hill player next season, with Josh Banfield, Tyler Dolan and Demmy Nicolaou all wearing black and blue again.
The final three retained spots go the goalscorers with Callum Maltese, last season’s top goalscorer Harry Lusher, and our play-off final goalscorer Arthur Massingham, all remaining at Buckhurst Hill for another campaign.
The club is also delighted to confirm that five U18’s have earned a call-up to our first team squad. Henry Huckle, Billy Humphreys, Max Hart, Jake Weston and Harrison Wickens have all been selected to graduate into our first team for the 26/27 campaign.
