Buckhurst Hill FC are delighted to announce that defender Harvey Brown has decided to remain at the club for the 26/27 season.
Harvey played a vital role in the side that earned the club promotion to Step 4 last season and became a fan favourite around Roding Lane since joining the club from Concord Rangers two months into the 25/26 season.
Harvey featured 29 for The Stags in all competitions last season, also starting in crucial games including our play-off semi final and final at the end of last season. Brown was also lucky enough to pick up Managers Player of the Season for our promotion winning campaign.
When speaking to our media team, Harvey said, ‘I’m buzzing to be staying at Buckhurst Hill for another season. Coming in last year after a disappointing start the club had, going on the run we did & getting promoted through the playoffs was the best way to do it !
It was the most I’ve enjoyed football in a long time.
This group of lads is the best I’ve been involved with by a mile & that made my decision an easy one.
Mark and Ted are unbelievable to work under & I can’t wait for the challenge of Step 4 with the boys.
