New Partnership Announced between BHFC Lionesses & Leyton Orient Ladies.
Leyton Orient are pleased to announce that Buckhurst Hill FC’s Myrak Park will officially be the home ground for our Women’s team for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.
Leyton Orient FC Women have played most of their competitive home games at Myrak Park this season and have instantly made it a fortress as they have a 100% record there.
Buckhurst Hill Lionesses became the club’s first-ever Sister Club in 2021 and we have now been able to strengthen this partnership even further
‘We can’t thank Buckhurst Hill FC enough for agreeing to homing us for the season. It’s a fantastic community club and we are very happy to be here. Not only are we looking to continue our amazing form here, but we also really hope we can build a fan base.’
As part of the partnership Buckhurst Hill FC would like to offer all Leyton Orient season ticket holders free entry to the remainder of the season which started with last Friday’s fixture vs White Ensign.
Buckhurst Hill chairman Simon Cornwell stated, “We are not looking at this in the short term our Lionesses and the growth of girl’s football is a huge part of our ethos and strategy going forward, and what an opportunity and inspiration this will provide for our future stars of tomorrow.”
He continued “As part of this fantastic partnership, we are offering all Leyton Orient Season ticket holders free admission to all our BHFC first-team games.
This is just a reward for the incredible work that Craig Sherrin and everyone involved with Buckhurst Hill Lionesses have done over the last few years.”
